EULA - End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Steelsonic Software for the Ping Monitor software product ("Software") identified above. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Steelsonic Software hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software is owned by Steelsonic Software and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the Software will remain the exclusive property of Steelsonic Software and/or its suppliers.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:
a) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
b) Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
c) Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the Software.

4. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Steelsonic Software if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Steelsonic Software disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Steelsonic Software be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Steelsonic Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Steelsonic Software regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you have any questions regarding this Agreement, please contact Steelsonic Software.
